Home

This is a strange time to write, and I won't be writing much. I just thought people going on a trip like mine, or who have come home from one would like to hear about this feeling; I suddenly really missed my students in Accra. I miss being a part of their day, and them being a part of mine.

Ghana's made a lasting impression and will always be part of my memories.

  1. I'm so happy I came by this. I volunteered in Ghana, only for a couple of weeks, but I miss it so much. I can't even imagine living there and then having to come back to the US. I keep trying to plan going back somehow. It really is an amazing place. Thanks for this blog so I can relive those few weeks I spent there =]

  2. I enjoyed viewing your blog. Makes me miss my sweet Ghana all the more. I just came back from there. It was such a wonderful experience. I was born and raised in America and had only visited Ghana, my father's place of birth, when I was six. Being able to finally go back 20 years later was such a blessing, and I will never wait that long again to go back. I have so many relatives back there and my dad owns a home there, so being able to go back to a place I can call home is a blessing. Take care and by God's grace, we will find ourselves going back one day;-)

  3. Thank you so much for your postings. I am a Christian Fiction author who is doing reserach for my next novel (9th) where my character is from Ghana. Your descriptions are great. I had some basic questions, but I think your blog answered them.

  6. All rookies need to find woodworking plans that matches their skills. The best thing to do is to start with an easy project that you will be able to finish. Finishing a project will most likely make you feel very satisfied and it will probably be the first of many woodworking projects for you. https://cutthewood.com
